Congratulations you two!
The Wedding of Nevra and Paul from Mike Staff Productions, Inc. on Vimeo.
Nevra and Paul were married on April 25th, 2009 at the Troy Marriott. TwoFoot Creative coordinated the wedding day - which you can see our review of here. It was a beautiful wedding, filmed by Mike Staff Productions. Click on the link above to see their trailer!
Congratulations on your second year of marriage Nevra & Paul!

Tiffany & Jeff are such an adorable couple, and I have had the pleasure of knowing them for years because of the University of Michigan track team! I’m so excited to help them with their wedding plans this May - and looking forward to working with their photographer for the first time - Craig David Butler.

Now - why would a wedding planner want to blog about something described as “great for science experiments with using different lengths of light waves, or as an interesting addition to your next science fair project”? Here’s why:

RSVP cards! After slaving over invitation wording, proofing, assembly and mailing (and trying to find the one post office within a 30 mile radius that will hand cancel them), you then have to hope that your guests will actually send them back.
Even if they do, there is no guarantee that they will include their names. Believe it or not, that M____________ line really confuses people! So, my favorite solution is to number each card with the guest corresponding to that number on your spreadsheet - with an invisible pen from Steve Spangler Science!
No one will know that you lack trust in their ability to fill out an RSVP, and when you get some back without names, all you have to do is look them up with the blacklight included with the pen!

A & M are getting married this summer, and the TwoFoot Creative team has had such a wonderful time planning their wedding so far! Melissa from A Girl In Love Photography recently captured their engagement session - beautiful!

A few weeks ago, I was invited to the Grand Opening of the Fox Theater as Detroit’s newest wedding venue - now booking 6 exclusive weddings each year! A select few have celebrated their wedding there in the past - but Olympia Entertainment is now inviting planners to bring our couples to The Fox!

It was a fabulous time, put together by Olympia Entertainment, Special Events Rental, and Emerald City Designs. We were treated to a wonderful lunch, inspirational tabletops, and great information about booking weddings at The Fox Theater.

They do have minimum requirements for weddings, which include food, beverage, rentals and floral through their preferred vendors.

I just love the above arrangements that are all connected by ivy branches. Emerald City did a beautiful job!

TwoFoot Creative would love to help you plan your Fox Theater wedding!

I just got an offer from some colleagues at Arising Images - Prem (one of the owners) will be teaching an introductory photography class on April 17th at the Royal Park Hotel. The normal cost is $125, but they are offering the class at 50% off to my friends, clients, and whomever happens to stumble upon this information! Register HERE!

Liz & Jason were married on April 4th, 2009 at Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church in Farmington Hills, followed by a very fun reception at the Inn at St. John’s in Plymouth. Amanda Williams was there to photograph the day.
Congratulations on your second year of marriage Liz & Jason!

Theresa & Nate were married a year ago today at Rackham Auditorium in Ann Arbor on the campus of the University of Michigan, with a reception following at the Gandy Dancer. Their amazing photographer, Dionne from The Shooting Gallery, captured some amazing shots of their day!
Congratulations on your first year of marriage!
