Winter Themed Wedding Favors

Filed under: Favors — twofoot @ 2:42 pm

Ornament Favor

Many couples are concerned with their favors being taken by guests at the end of the night. The first solution is doing something that most people will use - such as the above ornament. Not only does it double as a place card holder, but most people do decorate for the holidays so there is a good chance they will take these home. On the other hand, if you see some left on the table at the end of the night - you can get a head start on your own decorations!

The other option is to do something edible, which guests do usually finish by the time the meal is ready to begin. The favor boxes below can hold your favorite treat (Hershey Kisses, jordan almonds, personalized M&M’s, etc.) as well as dress up the guest tables with adorable snowflakes!

Adorable Favors for Fall

Filed under: Favors — twofoot @ 12:15 pm

Kate Aspen

I was browsing through some of the Kate Aspen favors to find some great fall ideas. I love the above favor, which can double as a place card at each place setting of the table to also add in the decor! Once the tea light burns out, guests can take it home.

Coasters also make great favors - everyone uses them, right? These are elegant as well, which is often hard to come by in the favor category. Do you need favors? Not really, but it does give guests something to do while waiting for you to make your entrance, and it is a great way to dress up the tables a bit more as well.

Favor box

Want to do your own edible favors? All you need then are some boxes to hold those truffles/jordan almonds/kisses/etc. Mix and match colors to add variety, or keep it all uniform with your favorite (they come in brown and apple red).

Kate Aspen Bridal Party Gifts

Filed under: Favors — twofoot @ 9:17 pm

Kate Aspen

Most often, Kate Aspen is associated with favors - and they do have some pretty adorable ones to choose from! Now, with their new “Life events” line, you can get favors for non-wedding events, and some awesome gifts for the bridal party! I love the tote bags above - you can add your friend’s monogram, and fill it with other fun stuff you find along the way!

Bag holder

One filler item I love is the bag holder - which keeps your purse under the table and out of the way of servers and would-be thiefs while celebrating your upcoming big day!

Personalized note cards

Another fun item is personalized note cards. One thing to make sure of when monogramming - use their initial, not yours!

Manicure set

This is one of my personal favorites - the perfect size to fit in a purse, everything stays in one place, and it’s just adorable. To see more Kate Aspen items, just click on any of the pictures above!

Kate Aspen Favor of the Week

Filed under: Favors — twofoot @ 2:02 pm

A lot of my brides are looking for something environmentally friendly to give their guests at the wedding. Still a little something to say thank you, but not something they will throw in the trash as soon as they get home either! These coasters are a great gift - both eco-friendly and palette neutral, so that they will look great in any home! For more favor ideas, visit my Kate Aspen shop!

The Cutest Little Favor Jars!

Filed under: Favors — twofoot @ 9:05 pm

I like favor containers, because that means you can put something edible inside! Guests will appreciate the snack if dinner is taking its time, and the jars can always be re-used! These are from my Kate Aspen favor shop, and the sticker or ribbon that may go on the front is completely customizeable!

Votive Favors from Kate Aspen

Filed under: Favors — twofoot @ 6:53 pm

Most, if not all of my clients add votives to their tables to dress them up and create a more romantic atmosphere in the room. It also helps guests see after the lights are dimmed! Why not minimize clutter on the tables, and double your votive as a favor as well? Not only will they look great and guests will be sure to use them in their own homes - but if some people forget to bring them you are left with great decor items as well that can be used throughout the home!

If you are going for a slightly different look, these lanterns would look great as well! Just make sure you check with your hall with some of these - they all have different requirements on candles and open flames!

Personalized Napkins etc.

Filed under: Favors — twofoot @ 1:10 pm

Beau Coup has some adorable favors, but they do so much more as well! One of my favorites is the personalized napkins that can display a monogram, a quote, a saying, or even some of the most interesting, unknown or quirky facts about the two of you!

They also offer wedding cake boxes for those of you sending cake home with your guests, various cake toppers, and tons of other wedding, baby, birthday, anniversary and general celebration items!

Favor Containers

Filed under: Favors — twofoot @ 1:19 pm

Is mom insisting on jordan almonds, but you want something a little more personal? With these tins, you can have the best of both worlds! There are dozens of available designs to choose from, add your names and date, and fill with anything you want! A single truffle would look great inside each tin. Other options might be skittles, m&m’s (which also can be personalized!) or mints. For more favor ideas, visit my Kate Aspen favor shop!

Looking for a Favor that won’t be left on the Table?

Filed under: Favors — twofoot @ 5:19 pm

I was thinking about this as I poured my glass of wine last night and sat down to dinner: every single bottle stopper I own was givento me as a wedding favor! It is the most useful favor I have received to date that wasn’t edible (I am a huge fan of edible favors in cute containers as well;). The ones pictured above are especially fun because you can customize the box to match your wedding, and add a personalised note as well if you want your names and wedding date to appear on the tag!
