Danielle & Bobby are Married: 08.22.2009
I have been working very closely with Danielle and her mom over the past year, and it resulted in a gorgeous wedding last Saturday! Setup began the Wednesday before the event, getting the tent up (to prevent soggy ground from the rain), the bathroom trailer in behind the tent, the stage and tables in their correct spot as well as the dance floor, chandeliers and tent liner hung, and all other deliveries taken care of prior to the wedding day.
Danielle and Bobby were married at Fenton United Methodist Church. They were very accommodating, allowing an outside Pastor to preside, and agreeing to a very non-traditional exit where guests cheered them away with ribbon wands from the front doors of the church! MPE Events did a wonderful job with all of the decor for the day, including personal and church flowers, centerpieces, cocktail hour decor, some of the linens, chandeliers, chargers, napkins and gold Venice chairs.
Elite Sweets created the cake, which was adorned with real brooches - including one from Danielle’s grandmother. A crown was used as the topper, and dry ice was placed underneath the stand to prevent it from melting at all since it was located in the sun room.
The clouds looked absolutely amazing, I cannot wait to see the photos from their photographer Ray Anthony! He was very unobtrusive, and great to work with throughout the event. Videography was provided by the fabulous Kristyn from Castle Video Productions.
All paper products, from invitations, to custom menus, to programs, to the amazing seating chart pictured above, to table numbers were created by Jess from Salutations. Everyone loved them and asked for Jess’ information, of course I was happy to share!
Colonial Events provided the rentals for the wedding, and almost had to bring in the rain plan! Fortunately the weather held off, and it was a gorgeous day. Epoch Events brought in all the food and servers - my meal was excellent!
Danielle is also sending in her bouquet to be preserved into a painting by CurlyArt, so there is more to come!
Congratulations on a wonderful wedding day you two, it was so much fun working with you both!
