For others, this means virtual planning via phone and email until they arrive into town the week of their wedding. Whatever your needs are, we can create a custom proposal just for you! - Monthly planning schedule and updates, including budget updates
- Scheduling of appointments with event professionals
- Unlimited phone and email assistance
- Working directly with all event professionals on your behalf once booked
- Attendance at meetings as available (unlimited)
- Contract negotiations
- Lists of questions to ask event professionals
- Etiquette consultation
- Save the Date and Invitation wording and ordering assistance
- Assistance with Engagement party, Wedding shower and Rehearsal dinner planning
- Assistance with hotel blocks and out-of-town guest travel arrangements

Event Design Services
Our design services are customized based on the scope and details of your event. Designing an event brings all the aesthetic pieces together to create a cohesive whole, and to leave your guests with an unforgettable experience. Design may be added on to our planning & coordination services, or contracted individually. This may encompass:
- Space planning at a private residence to be used for an event
- Identifying a color palette for the event and carrying it throughout the design
- Working with premier floral designers to create the perfect pieces for your day
- Planning your lighting design to accentuate the proper elements while also providing essential lighting
- Design selection of linens, napkins, and other rental items to accentuate your wedding
- Selection of invitations, table numbers, escort cards and other graphic elements to tie into the overall design
- Management of all design vendors including their timing for the day of the event
Event Coordination Services
Our coordination services are customized based on the details of your event. Taking everything into consideration from timing of the day, setup involved, and coordination services requested, we create a custom proposal that fits exactly what you are looking for.
