We had a terrific year in 2013! Looking back, here are a few of my favorite wedding memories:
- The perfect wedding. It’s not bad luck to say it when it’s over – Lauren & Dave had a simply perfect wedding day! Lauren – now it’s time to race!
- Using Melanie’s chairs for countless horas – they are much safer than chivari chairs, and they have arms to hold on to! She really should start getting them signed by our couples…
- Working with some fabulous dogs! I love when they make an appearance at the wedding, dogs are family too!
- Our first wedding at the Museum of Natural History on the campus of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
- Working with the fabulous Killer Flamingos on several occasions!
- The most gorgeous ballroom of the year goes to Danielle & Zach – so in love!
- Having a blast designing Tara & Ryan’s wedding at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn.
- Jess & George – one of the funniest, most easy going couples ever, I miss you!
- Our first wedding at Goldner Walsh, and helping Caity’s vision come to life.
- Keeping guests happy with champagne and snacks as they waited for Erin to make her way through game day traffic…
- Watching one of our own tie the knot – we love you Biz & Nick!
And now for an even happier 2014!
