Our dedication to service for our clients is second to none. Every client gets their own case manager who works tirelessly to ensure that every musical detail of the event is worked out beforehand to make for a pristine performance. 
The case manager is available seven days a week to answer any question and handle any changes that are necessary for the event.
Lourdes started, and continues to operate, as a musician focused company. Here, our musicians earn more than 60% of the total money paid for the gig. We feel our musicians are not only our employees, but the legs on which this 
company stands on. As such, we believe their pay should reflect the amount of work they put into the practice and preparation for each performance.
From our cellists to our acoustic guitar players, our musicians are just as dedicated to service as the support staff. Every musician on staff, in addition to their musical talent, was chosen for their professionalism and drive to give their clients the best performance possible.
