Jennifer and Dan were married on June 15th, 2013 at the Goldner Walsh Nursery in Pontiac, MI. Their reception was held following the ceremony at the Crofoot Ballroom also in Pontiac.
Jennifer and Dan are an amazing couple and incorporated their personalities and personal touches into both their ceremony and reception. The bride wanted a Miami night club feel with Moroccan touches and we incorporated this throughout the wedding.
Goldner Walsh provided the ceremony space in one of their green houses which incorporated a lot of the nursery’s own personal flowers and plants to give that Miami feel.
Bill Hamilton was on hand with his amazing creations adding tropical elements into the reception space complete with its own private cabanas created by Colonial Events for both the bridal party and the guests. Bill hung large Moroccan lanterns above the lounge furniture and completed the look with tropical flowers throughout the space and lots of lanterns and candles.
The Crofoot Ballroom provided all the customized lighting of fuschia and blues that really popped off the oranges, and purples that were tied throughout the linens provided by Chair Covers and Linens. The reception was designed to be a strolling reception with food stations provided by 2Unique Catering. This allowed guests to mingle throughout the space.
Jennifer surprised Dan and her guests later in the evening when a belly dancer came on stage and delighted all the guests with a dance performance.
