So we are into the months where we are finalizing decisions and putting down deposits. I hope because we have researched and taken our time making these decisions that you now feel ready to get your wedding professionals finalized. I am so excited that things are starting to come together for your wedding and that we are starting to see what we are actually going to get on the wedding day!
Since we have been checking out photographers and videographers (what fits in our budget and who fits our style) we should be ready to sign the contract with one, as well as a florist or designer. If you have hired a planner, you should have them look over your contract to make sure that everything on there is what you need for the day. And make sure the contract is kept in a place where you plan on keeping all of them so they are all together when you need them.

It is now time to make a very important purchase… the dress! Most of you probably all ready know the one or you may still be deciding between a few; it’s time to get the girls together for an opinion and then make your final choice.
You’ll need to get the engagement pictures done now. Having your wedding photographer do them will give you the perfect opportunity to become comfortable with them, and for them to get to know you as well. Bring your outfits, and have a great hour or two together.

Since we have your colors picked out and we know who is going to be in the wedding it is time to begin looking for your bridesmaid dresses. Get their opinion if it’s not going to become a battle between them on what they like or don’t like. Think of their body types as well when making your decision, and consider letting them choose between a few styles.
Next up is something to look forward to and to visualize from time to time when you get swamped and stressed – the honeymoon! No matter if you are traveling to a far away destination or staying close to home, you will be married and just spending time together and realizing you’re with the one you will love will matter the most. TwoFoot Creative is Sandals certified so let us know if we can help you plan your honeymoon!

Last thing for this month is we need to think about what kind of music you want for the ceremony. If you’re getting married in a church or synagogue, do they have a pianist, organist or singer? Some religious venues have rules on the type of music that can be played as well so double check with them on that. Reception music will also need to be decided upon and contracted.
Happy Planning!!!!
