Black Swallow Espresso contacted me a while ago to get into one of the Association of Bridal Consultants – Ann Arbor meetings and showcase what they do. They were there at the Gandy Dancer meeting on May 22nd, and it was fantastic! The beans are roasted fresh the week of your event, and they are based in Ann Arbor.
When Black Swallow Espresso comes to your event they come for at least to hours, you get two baristas and the coffee bar. The coffee is amazing and each cup comes with latte art. They can even offer gift bags for your guests to take home with them. I have seen latte art on TV but never in person. It was so cool to watch how quickly they could whip up a cup of coffee and all of us were showing each other what our art looked like. The coffee tastes so good which I’m sure it is because they ground your coffee a week before your event so it’s nice and fresh.
You might be wondering where they get their coffee from. It actually comes from the owner’s brother from a small roasting company in Colorado. You should definitely check them out, it is a very affordable way to make your event one that is talked about.
