Malani & Jonathan were married on May 28th. Wanting to celebrate their Christian & Indian backgrounds, they had two ceremonies & receptions.

The day began with the Christian ceremony at First United Methodist Church in Ann Arbor. I loved the bubbles after their processional!
Sam from A Thousand Words Photography was able to steal them away individually before the ceremony for some great pictures around Ann Arbor.

Malani tied in her Indian heritage with this beautiful henna design on her hands & arms.

After the ceremony, they took some more pictures at some of their favorite spots in town.

After the private luncheon at the Michigan League, guests were invited to the Indian ceremony & reception in Lansing at the Kellogg Center.

Malani changed onto a beautiful sari wrap and choli, a traditional Indian blouse, with gorgeous embroidery with beads and mirrors.

She then began her wedding entrance with relatives and loved ones escorting her.

Top That Event did a wonderful job designing and setting up the Mandap, a ceremony structure used commonly in Hindu weddings. It was adorned and decorated with many flowers & draped fabric.

Flowers by Renee provided the flower decor for the ceremony and reception.

Cake Art designed this simple elegant cake that tied in perfectly with the centerpieces.

DJ Naveen productiontions kept the dance floor full playing modern Indian favorites. He is very well known for his experience in doing cultural weddings.

Congratulations Malani & Jonathan!
