Marylyn and Vincent are Married – May 2nd, 2009

Last Saturday, my assistant and I got to the UAW Local 140 in Warren to start setting up for Marylyn and Vincent’s wedding. The linen company, Dreams, was already there finishing up chair covers and starting the dance floor drapery. We set the centerpieces (including filling them with water and food coloring), votives, head table decor, candy table, mints, bar and bathroom areas, layed out the cupcakes from the wonderful Cupcake Station, and made sure everyone was arriving on time for setup!

Ice Dreams provided the above ice sculpture, and Marylyn made the “Hill” letters to show off her new last name! The DJ of the evening was Barry Meeks, who did a wonderful job keeping the dance floor moving and reading the crowd, and Paul Clark was the photographer for the evening.

As they entered the room, guests were greeted and sent to their assigned table once they signed the guest book. There were several hosts and hostesses, all dressed in white for the occasion. Catering was provided by Jackson Five Star Catering, and despite the timeline being shifted back about 45 minutes, the food was delicious and hot when guests were ready to eat!

Congratulations on a beautiful wedding day Marylyn and Vincent – we hope you have a wonderful time in Orlando!
