The second day of conference began in a whirlwind (there never seems to be enough time to see everything!) with some great presentations from Frank Andonoplas and Mark Kingsdorf. It continued during lunch with a presentation from Detail & Design, a local decorator in Indianapolis who went through taking a $1200 tablescape and minimizing it for the average couple as well as for couples on a budget.
The luncheon events at conference are wonderful opportunities to also speak to wedding planners from across the United States, which leads to great discussions about how things are done and what they cost in areas other than your own!
After lunch, we returned for more educational sessions, including an opportunity to look through the portfolios of the successful Masters candidates. This year, there are now 50 Master Bridal Consultants in the world – a designation I hope to reach in the next 3-5 years!
