The third day of conference began with Breakfast with the Stars. A Master Bridal Consultant sat at each table in the room, and we had the opportunity to pick their brain while various awards were given out. At our table was Lois Pearce from Connecticut, who owns Beautiful Occasions and also serves as the expert on ethnic diversity for ABC.
After breakfast, we heard from etiquette expert Peggy Post, as well as a quick seminar on contracts and legality. My favorite speech of the day came during the Woodland Luncheon from Ciara Daykin of Rockstar Wedding Planner! It left me with some great motivation going forward. Finishing up the day was a great slideshow of amazing cakes from Sylvia Weinstock, and an introduction into next year’s conference in Phoenix, AZ! I can’t wait!
