- Attendance at up to 9 in-person meetings
- Referral of wedding professionals as requested
- Review of contracts before signing
- Etiquette consultation as requested
- Preparing detailed wedding budget
- Detailed month-by-month planning timeline
Diamond – Ultimate Planning and Day of Coordination Package
- Everything included in Ruby Package
- Assistance with hotel blocks and out-of-town guest travel arrangements
- Monthly planning schedule and updates, including budget updates
- Scheduling of appointments with wedding professionals
- Attendance at meetings as available (unlimited)
- Contract negotiations
- Lists of questions to ask wedding professionals
- Etiquette consultation
- Save the Date and Invitation wording and ordering assistance
- Assistance with Engagement party, Bridal shower and Rehearsal dinner planning
- Assistance with guest list and seating arrangements
Any additional assistance may be provided for $65 per hour (this includes attending meetings, consultations, delivery/pickup of items, coordination assistance at engagement parties and showers etc.)
